Our engineers are constantly seeking the best-in-class quality products and solution for the patient and the surgeon. For this reason X.NOV is using and following a high demanding process for the new products development and the validation of their new products.

The system of hip Cineos® is based on an experience of over 25 years.

The hips :

  • His conical metaphyse shape in both planes (frontal and sagittal) allows a very safe primary anchorage,
  • The stem range is wide with cemented and cementless options,
  • Moreover 3 CDD angles (135°, 130° and 125°) are offered to reconstruct the perfect anatomy.

The cups :

X.NOV’s range of cups is founded on two major concepts:

  • Dual motion cup : Mobility®,
  • The PRESS-FIT non-cemented cup : Novium®.

Advantages

  • A wide range of cup sizes (from 44 mm to 66 mm) give the accurate results the surgeons and patient are looking for,
  • All the cups can be implanted using the same mini-invasive instrumentation.

The mobile (Mobility) or fixed (Novium) cups associated to the Cineos stem are the best long term solution. This concept is covered by a patent (FR06 10704).
